One Star: Revithia

Revithia in Ürgüp holds one Michelin Star in the current selection. Give a visit its own evening and confirm the current menu, dietary arrangements and reservation terms directly. Do not attach a substantial tasting-menu dinner to an uncertain late tour return.

A restaurant Star is not the same as a hotel's Michelin Key or a hotel's conventional star category. If you stay at Kayakapı, confirm the room and restaurant reservation separately; a hotel booking does not establish that a dinner table is included.

Five Bib Gourmands, including a Green Star

The Bib Gourmand restaurants are Happena, Babayan Evi Restaurant, Tabal Gastronomi Evi, Old Greek House and Aravan Evi. Babayan Evi also holds a Michelin Green Star. Bib Gourmand and Green Star are distinct recognitions and do not turn those restaurants into one-Star establishments.

Use the profile links to check the precise location before building a route. The regional list includes Niğde and Aksaray as well as the more familiar Nevşehir tourism bases. Plan wider-region meals with their own travel time rather than presenting every address as central Cappadocia.

Twelve Selected restaurants

The remaining twelve businesses are Michelin Selected restaurants, as shown in the directory below. Being in the guide is meaningful, but it does not justify adding a Star symbol or calling every listed restaurant Michelin-starred.

Choose between them by location, the current menu, dietary needs and the type of evening you want. For a Göreme base, investigate the Göreme addresses first; for Uçhisar, compare the local hotel restaurants; for a village day, select a meal that complements that route.

Make a reservation plan

Follow the current profile, confirm opening and service directly, and ask about deposits, cancellation and menu changes. We intentionally avoid fixed menu prices or stale opening timetables. Guide selection does not promise availability on your date or certify that a particular dish will always be offered.
